Email nishlabsinc@gmail.com with the app name, your device model and iOS version, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Subscriptions bought on iPhone are billed by Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose the app, and tap Cancel Subscription. Access continues until the end of the current period.
Request a refund
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and select the purchase.
Delete your account and data
Where an app has accounts, you can delete yours from the profile screen inside the app. You can also email nishlabsinc@gmail.com from the address on the account and we’ll delete it for you.
